All our Security Officers are highly trained and hold Security licences which are regulated by the Security Industry Authority (SIA).

This Security licence, which is renewed every three years, shows that the holder has received the right standard of training and has had 10 years criminal records checked. We only employ people with these credentials and who possess a high level of integrity.

Our smart uniformed Security Officers patrol in clearly marked patrol vehicles acting as a great deterrent.

We select our staff with specific criteria in mind. These include a clean and checkable work history; that they are reliable and dependable with excellent time keeping skills; that they can write and speak English competently, they are familiar with the area in which we operate; they possess commonsense and presence of mind and are thus able to respond to given situations with calm authority.

While many security companies employ guards and pay them close to the national minimum wage, we believe that the strength of our business lies within the quality of the people we employ and their attitude to working for us. We therefore believe that it is very important to pay our staff much higher than the industry standard which results in better retention of staff, and fewer disruptions and retraining.

For you this means that you receive the same security officers for a long time who know your site well and like their job. When people like their job they are more likely to do it to the best of their ability which leads to a better quality of service. We regularly conduct performance evaluations with all staff to listen to their needs, motivate them to do better and reward them accordingly. We have also found that these work ethics lead staff to give us valuable feedback on how to improve our services.
